We will repair any of items free of charge for as long as you own them, no questions asked. In the unlikely event that your jewelry is damaged simply gather up pieces, contact us to let know you are sending the item in for repair and mail the item to our mailing address. We will clean and repair your item and send it back to you.
If some of the pieces are missing there may be a charge to replace the missing parts. The determination if there will be a charge for missing pieces is made on a case by case basis so please contact us it you have any questions.
